Sitepulse is a website monitoring SaaS built for agencies, SaaS teams, and freelancers who manage portfolios of sites. It consolidates multiple check types into one dashboard and routes issue lifecycle notifications using configurable rules.

## Core Monitoring Checks

Every plan includes five scheduled check types for each site. Teams can enable them per site, choose a cadence, and configure issue thresholds:

1. **Uptime Monitoring**
   - Watches sites from outside your network.
   - With the default rule, a failed scheduled check is retried after two minutes before an incident opens. The consecutive-failure threshold is configurable.

2. **SSL & Certificate Tracking**
   - Automatically monitors SSL certificates.
   - Detects expiry, hostname mismatches, and untrusted certificate chains.

3. **DNS Record Auditing**
   - Queries Cloudflare and Google for DNS records (A, AAAA, CNAME, MX, NS, TXT, and SOA).
   - Detects resolution failures and can compare monitored record types with expected values configured for the site.

4. **Broken Links Crawler**
   - Runs bounded site crawls to surface URLs that return errors and the pages where they were found.
   - JavaScript rendering can be enabled per site.

5. **Performance Scoring**
   - Records Lighthouse performance scores, response time, and Core Web Vitals.
   - Opens issues after the configured number of consecutive threshold breaches.

## Alerting & Integrations

When an issue opens, resolves, reopens, or escalates, configured notifications can be routed by check type and lifecycle event:
- **Email**
- **Slack**
- **Discord**
- **Microsoft Teams**
- **Custom Webhooks**

## Pricing & Plans

Eligible owners receive **14 days of Starter access without a payment card** when they create a new team after verifying their email. Each owner account can receive one trial, with no previous trial or subscription history on any owned team, including deleted teams. Existing teams are not automatically enrolled. Monitoring pauses at expiry unless the owner chooses a paid subscription; there is no automatic charge. Subscribing early starts payment immediately and replaces the remaining free time. Sites and settings remain in place; normal check-history retention still applies.

All Sitepulse plans include **all five check types** for every site and access to the same notification channels. Plans scale by portfolio size, seats, check frequency, and history retention:

* **Starter Plan** — from $12/month or $120/year
  - **Sites**: 5
  - **Seats**: 3
  - **Minimum Cadence**: Every 10 minutes (uptime, SSL, DNS)
  - **On-Demand Rechecks**: 50 per month
  - **History**: 30 days
* **Growth Plan** — from $29/month or $290/year
  - **Sites**: 25
  - **Seats**: 10
  - **Minimum Cadence**: Every 5 minutes (uptime, SSL, DNS)
  - **On-Demand Rechecks**: 250 per month
  - **History**: 90 days
* **Agency Plan** — from $79/month or $790/year
  - **Sites**: 100
  - **Seats**: 25
  - **Minimum Cadence**: Every 1 minute (uptime, SSL, DNS)
  - **On-Demand Rechecks**: 1,000 per month
  - **History**: 365 days

*Note: The shortest available cadence for broken-link and performance checks is 12 hours on all plans. Scheduled checks never count against the monthly on-demand check allowance. On-demand checks show a fresh result but do not drive the automatic issue lifecycle.*
